Nimble News 12 March 2025

The Food Fibre and Timber Industries Training Council held the AgriSkills Roundtable at Muresk on Tuesday, 18 February 2025. The attendance and contribution during the presentations and workshop sessions was much appreciated.
The forum brought together a passionate group of stakeholders who engaged in discussions that spanned a wide range of topics. The speakers provided valuable insights into the current state of agriculture, shared successful training models, and identified areas for future improvement. The discussion focused on workforce attraction and retention, education and training pathways, workplace development, and regional support.
We also promised to summarize and return to participants the feedback that was kindly provided during the workshop sessions as well as copies of the presentations. We are also happy to disseminate this to the wider public through our Nimble News.
